Fun Fitness
Although many of the Old Blandfordians players will be playing football over the winter it is recognised that there will also be players who will not be playing as much sport as in the summer.
To help those who want to gain some basic match fitness the OB's will be organising a number of sessions of fun fitness to help those who feel they would benefit from some gentle exercise.
The sessions will not be about creating toned Olympic athletes. The aim is to have some fun and mimic the sorts of exercise you will encounter whilst batting, bowling and fielding once the season starts.
Please note, as mentioned above, this is not designed to be an intensive workout and will be centred around enjoyable training to ensure that running to the boundary or running a quick 2 doesn't send your body into shock !!!
